At Silvro, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, invoices, and certificates intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or altered jewellery cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made or personalized jewellery
Products damaged due to improper use or handling
Items without original packaging or missing certificates
Orders placed during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team through the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you
Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items
Exchange requests are subject to product availability
Only one exchange is permitted per order
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by Silvro in case of damaged or incorrect items
For all other approved returns, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
8. Important Notes
All jewellery undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch
Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
Silvro reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
